A Turkish precast construction company urgently needed transfer trolley capable of transporting loads weighing between 0.5 and 1 ton during the production process, primarily to address the issue of transporting concrete slabs, thereby improving production efficiency and ensuring production safety.
In response to the company’s requirements, Perfect designed and manufactured two omnidirectional trolleys. Each trolley measures 12 meters in length and is specifically designed to support and move precast structures.
To maximize the trolleys’ functionality, Perfect also designed and manufactured steel pallets. These pallets are designed to support long rectangular concrete slabs and seamlessly integrate with electric trolleys, ensuring stable transportation of the slabs.
The operation process is highly convenient. Staff members use a remote control to position electric battery trolley beneath the precast structure, then easily maneuver it to the designated location via the remote control. The entire process is efficient and safe.
